KOL lets you launch a KOL’s coin on pump.fun paired with $KOL (one per KOL, ever), or a meme paired with a KOL’s coin. How it works, including every fee, is set out in How it works.

Nothing on KOL is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are highly speculative and most lose all their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.

You choose and edit everything about a coin before you launch it, and you are responsible for it. Do not launch a coin that impersonates a person or organisation, claims or implies an endorsement, infringes anyone’s rights, or is unlawful where you are. KOL may hide a coin from its pages for any of these reasons; it cannot change or remove a coin from the blockchain.

Coins launched on KOL are not affiliated with or endorsed by the KOLs they are launched for. Anyone can add a KOL by wallet: adding a wallet that is not the KOL’s own, or impersonating a KOL, is not allowed.

Pictures generated from your prompt are made by an AI model. They can be wrong, unoriginal or unsuitable. Review them before you launch; you are responsible for what you use.

Every coin launched on KOL has the agent wallet as its creator, and the agent locks its creator fees with pump.fun’s fee sharing, which cannot be changed afterwards: 50% to the KOL’s wallet, 50% to the agent wallet, which burns everything it receives. The launcher receives no creator fees. pump.fun and the Solana network charge their own fees.

You sign every transaction in your own wallet. KOL never holds your keys or funds. Transactions on Solana are final. KOL simulates and checks each launch before you sign, but does not guarantee any outcome, price or listing.

KOL is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, KOL is not liable for losses from using it, from coins launched on it, or from third-party services it relies on.
